Evidence before confident-sounding answers.
Evidence Arcade helps ReStory players make purchase, platform, compatibility, and version decisions without turning missing evidence into a guessed guide.
What this site is for
Each guide starts with a concrete player decision: whether a computer meets the official minimum, which platforms are confirmed, what changed in a numbered update, or what the store actually says about controller and Steam Deck support.
How claims are checked
- Use the current Steam store, Steam public data, and official publisher announcements for product facts.
- Show the date of the check and link the exact source in the article and source ledger.
- Separate a developer claim from an independent test. A patch note can establish what the build claims to fix; it cannot prove every player setup is fixed.
- Leave gameplay walkthroughs, profit formulas, endings, and repair sequences unpublished until lawful first-hand testing can support them.
Corrections and update policy
Version-sensitive pages are rechecked when a new official announcement appears. When a newer source changes an earlier boundary, the page keeps the timeline and explains what changed instead of silently rewriting history. The August 11 v1.0.009r patch update is one example.
